Easy to make and easy to clean up. Honey garlic chicken thighs are juicy and tender. Add the vegetable of choice.
Preheat oven to 400 and light spray a foil covered cookie sheet with olive oil spray.
Mix the EVOO, melted butter, honey, brown sugar, garlic, oregano and basil in a small bowl.
Lay the chicken in the center of the cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush 1/2 of the sauce on one side of the thighs, flip and brush the rest of the sauce on the other side.
Add your vegetables to the pan (make sure to consider the cooking time of the chicken and vegetables. See notes in the post)
Place in the oven and roast until the internal temperature is 165. This will take about 25 minutes.
