This week’s Bake 52 recipe is Spiced Pumpkin Bread. I was so excited to read this was the choice for the week. I have been craving anything with pumpkin in it for about a week!

I have a “go to” Pumpkin bread recipe, but I think this one may be on my menu often. I found it to be a rather dense batter and I find the bread to be dense also. This may sound strange, but the bread was creamy and smooth when I ate it. I know these are strange words to describe bread, but they are the words that came to mind when I ate some.
I enjoyed this bread straight out of the oven. I could easily be used as a breakfast bread or as a desert.
