September produce buying guide is an easy printable guide that will help you to buy the best foods for your family and your health.
I recently read a statement that went something like this – clean eating is improving your life one step at a time.
This statement really hit home with me. It is exactly what Big and I are doing. We are making changes to the way we eat to make changes to the way our body works.
As you know, I was diagnosed with breast cancer less than two years ago. I stumbled around for a while and was in a state of shock before I began to be more clear headed and realized how much of an impact food had on my body.
Big has Hashimotos and diet can make a big difference in the way she feels on a daily basis.
During my research on eating clean, I have come to realize how important eating fresh produce is. Of course, frozen is a great alternative when it is hard to access fresh. Canned fruits and vegetables would be my last choice.
I created a produce guide for you. This chart will give you the information you need when going to the farmer’s market or grocery store. Your best bet, health wise, is to choose foods that are being harvested right now.
Here is your September Produce Buying Guide:
I know that shopping for your health can, at times, be confusing. I hope this chart will help you. I have made it a chart that you can print, just click on the highlighted area. Having this chart makes it easier to grab it every time you run to the grocery store or when you are planning your menu.
You will be able to grab one of these produce buying guides each month. I will be creating one of these charts for you each and every month. I am so glad you stopped by and that you are on this journey with me.
