Wake up to this peach yogurt smoothie. It is the perfect sweet and creamy drink to make for your family.
Need a cup of coffee first thing in the morning? Go ahead and have your coffee, but make sure you have this a little later in the day.
My family received a few peaches in our CSA last week and I wondered what to do with them. We all love peaches.
My first thought was to make a peach pie. To me, peach pie screams summer. Visions of warm peach pie with a big scoop of ice cream danced in my head.
It seems like torture to have wait hours to have these sweet taste of peaches in my mouth. So, I opted for a peach yogurt smoothie. I remembered that I had recently made a pineapple smoothie with spinach and decided making a smoothie was the best idea.
This smoothie was so darn easy to make and so creamy and delicious. Don’t tell my family, but I hid a peach from them. I wanted to make sure that I would be able to make a another peach yogurt smoothie.
I use whole milk Greek yogurt when making my smoothie. You can use other types of yogurt, but I enjoy the extra protein that Greek yogurt gives me.
