For the past few months, Big and I have been eating clean/real food.
Our diet has not really changed that much. I love cooking, so having meals that are made from scratch is not something new in our home.
There have been a few things that I have had to learn to do different when I cook. White sugar is no longer something I cook with (or at least do my best to not use). I have been learning how to substitute honey, maple syrup and cane sugar for white sugar.
Here are a couple things to consider when beginning to eat eating clean/real food:
- Read labels
- No processed food
- Use whole wheat
- Try to use organic
Here are my clean eating vegetable recipes
