Menu Plan Monday #64
How has your week been? Here in Central Virginia, we finally had some snow. It has been super cold. I love the snow, but only about an inch or so of it! I used to live in West Virginia and we used to get 3 – 4 feet of snow for about 3 months during the winter. Let me tell you, that makes you not like snow very much. Please don’t ever show me a snow shovel again!
I am getting my seed catalogs in the mail and planning my vegetable garden. We won’t have a big one, just one that is large enough for some peppers, tomatoes, zucchini and cucumbers. I think I may try to grow potatoes again. I had a lot of fun with them a couple years ago. If you didn’t get a chance to read about my potato tower, you should stop by and read the article.
Do you and your family garden? I always have a small vegetable patch and about 5 flower beds that I care for. I have been seeing little bits of green in my beds and that excites me. I would love to hear what you grow. Sent me a photo too!
This is my Menu Plan for the week:
