Welcome to another week of Menu Planning Monday! This past week was a bit stressful for me. My sweet puppy, who is my constant companion, has had some health issues. We have been to the vet a couple times and I am working hard to get her to take the medication that has been prescribed to her! I think giving medicine to dogs is a challenge, but not as bad a trying to give a cat medicine!
Anyway, I have been out of the house a lot and I am hoping that this week will be a bit slower. I do know that I am planning a few slow cooker meals. The weather is beginning to warm up and that means that I will be spending more time in the garden. Do you enjoy gardening ?
Here is this week’s menu plan:
Monday: Tex Mex Twice Baked Potatoes (Meatless) This is a family favorite!
Tuesday: Chicken and Dumplings (Slow Cooker)
Thursday: Beef and Green Bean Stir Fry, Jasmine Rice
Friday: Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Super Easy Italian Sausage Soup
Saturday: Movie Night!! Pizza, chips and Buffalo Chicken Dip
Sunday: Honey Glazed Ham, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, No Knead Yeast Rolls
Do you menu plan? I don’t think I could go a week without it! I save so much time and money when I menu plan. I also love that I don’t have to wake up each morning and wonder, “What will we eat tonight?”
