Menu Plan Monday
Hello there! It is wonderful Monday again and I am here to share my dinner plan with you! I love creating a Menu Plan, it not only helps me save time, but also a lot of money. I know what to take out of the freezer in the morning and don’t find myself staring in the pantry at 4:00 p.m. wondering what I can feed my family!
Menu planning for working Mom’s takes a lot of stress off of them too. Many meals can be prepped the night before and therefore the work load is cut down. Using the slow cooker is another great way to save time and money in the kitchen.
Now on to what my family will be eating for dinner this week. By the way, most meals listed are under $10.00!
Monday (Meatless) – Cheese Tortellini and Spinach Soup
Tuesday – Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Lime, Jasmine rice, vegetable medley
Wednesday – Turkey Shepherds Pie, salad
Thursday – Pulled Pork Sandwich, tater tots (Slow cooker recipe)
Friday – Homemade Pizza
Saturday – Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, chips
