Hi there and welcome to my Menu Plan Monday. I focus on frugal family meals that taste like they are expensive!
This past weekend was so busy and so much fun too. I attended a machine embroidery event and learned so much. I love to create items for my family and home using my sewing and embroidery machines. Do you have a favorite craft? I would love to hear about it.
This week on the menu:
Monday: (Meatless Monday) Risotto with Pumpkin and Broccoli
Tuesday: Pulled Pork in the slow cooker, spinach salad
Wednesday: Vegetable soup, cornbread
Thursday: Ravioli with Corn and Arugula
Friday: Hamburgers, fries, corn on the cob
Sunday: Pork Stir Fry, Fried rice
I hope you have a wonderful week. If you are interested in making any of the recipes that I am serving my family, just click on the highlighted words and you will go straight to the recipe!
