Menu Plan Monday
I have taken a bit of a break from blogging and am excited to get back to it. I am making sure that I don’t spend too many hours in front of the computer though! I know that many bloggers out there know what I am talking about. Just as soon as we think we will only spend a couple hours on facebook, pinterest, instagram or whatever social media platform you are on, we look up and realize it has been 4 hours!
In order to make sure everything gets done that needs, I make a menu plan. No more waking up in the morning and wondering what to cook for my family that night! No more wondering what I need to buy at the grocery store! No more running to the grocery store at the last minute (I always spend so much money that way!)
So on to what we will be eating for dinner this week!
Monday – Asparagus Quiche, French Bread, spinach salad
Tuesday – Potato Soup in the Slow Cooker
Wednesday – Chicken with peanut sauce, pasta, zucchini
Thursday – Cheesy Grits with Shrimp, layered salad
Friday – Hot Dogs, Baked Beans
Saturday – Nachos with hamburger, peppers and cheese
Sunday – Pot Roast in the slow cooker, egg noodles, wedge salad, Mexican Chocolate Brownies
