Welcome to Feeding Big! I am so glad you are here to see what is on this week’s Menu Plan Monday!
This last week was pretty crazy for me – how about you? I have been waiting for fall to arrive and I thought I was prepared but I wasn’t! Now it seems I am busy canning apple sauce, tomatoes and trying to decorate my home with fall colors!
This week, I will be attending a Sewing And Quilting Expo, so I will be out of the house a lot. I want to make sure that healthy and tasty meals are on the table, so I have decided to put some of my families favorites on the menu!
Here is this week’s menu:
Monday: Broccoli Cheese Soup (Meatless Monday)
Tuesday: Pork Stir Fry, Fried Rice, Sautéed Zucchini
Wednesday: Garlic Shrimp in Foil Packs, New Potatoes, Corn on the Cob
Thursday: Tex- Mex Twice Baked Potatoes, spinach salad
Friday: Pepperoni Pizza (Ordered – too busy to cook!)
Saturday: Hot Dogs, Macaroni Salad and Shortbread cookies for dessert
Sunday: Graham Cracker Cinnamon Chip Muffins for breakfast, Pot roast with fall vegetables for dinner
I hope you find some inspiration in this menu. Next week, I think I will add a stew and another great soup recipe. I love fall cooking!
