Memorial Day and grilling go hand in hand. We all know this holiday is about our Veterans and is a day that we all take time to think about those who gave up so much for us. My father and many of our family friends, young and old, have fought in wars. Today we will remember them by sharing stories and honoring those who served.
For many of us, summer time equates to grilling time. I know in my household, the grill has already been fired up a few times. I love grilling and look forward to every chance I have to get outside and try a new recipe on the grill.
Today I am sharing a couple of my favorites with you.
First off, if you are a beef lover and have a hard time understanding the different cuts of beef roast, here is a post for you! I am sharing all you need to know on what type of beef roast to buy and how to cook it! Beef 101
These Chicken K-Bobs are just great! So easy and yet so tasty. Have a vegetarian in the family, like I do? Marinade and grill some veggies along with your chicken and they will be happy too!
Still searching for something other than hamburgers and hot dogs? This Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa is just what you are looking for! Doesn’t it look delicious?
And finally, a few recipes from my friends. This link will take you to a page where 10 great recipes are being shared. From Margaritas to Key Lime pie. There is something for everyone!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day.
