Everyday Entrees for Around $5.00, Quick and Easy Meals for the Busy Family
Hello everyone and welcome to a new link party! I am so excited to be hosting!
I have always been someone who enjoys being frugal and have tried to watch my money at the grocery store. It is not always easy to do! Today’s rising food prices make it harder and harder to save your pennies and still put a great, balanced meal on the table. I look out for sales and use coupons as much as I can.
A week ago or so, I asked my Foodie buddies for some main dish recipes that would fall in the $5.00 range. I was preparing a post for my series Feeding Big on Less Money and wanted to share more than just my families favorite recipes. I was so excited to see what everyone shared. That got me to thinking – I am sure we all have some special recipes that are inexpensive and easy to prepare.
That is how Everyday Entrees for Around $5.00 came to be. I look forward to seeing all of your dishes, they can be vegetarian, vegan, slow cooker, grilled – just as long as it is an Entree!
By the way, if you love baking (and eating) cookies, stop by the Fill The Cookie Jar tab and sign up for my facebook group. We will be making cookies based on a theme of the month and posting them on our blog. Thanks! See you there!
