15 Corn recipes! If you are a regular follower of Feeding Big, you will know that for the last week, I have been featuring a lot of corn recipes!
Right now, corn is in abundance, at least it is here in Virginia. Our local CSA has been giving each share holder at least 24 ears or corn each week. I know that seems like a lot, but last year we were getting 72 ears a week, or more! I froze most of our corn from last year, but this year I decided to try some different recipes.
I got in the kitchen and did some cooking! I made a few new recipes and made a few repeats also. Life got in the way and I realized I wouldn’t be able to make as many recipes as I wanted to share with all of you, so I shouted out to some of my good blogging buddies. They were all ready to help me and share all of their corn goodness.
So, here are a few collages of my recipes and those from other bloggers. I know there will be at least one or two that you will want to make for your family. Let me know if you make one. I would love to hear about it.
1.) Summertime Corn Stew with Shrimp and Clams by The Wimpy Vegetarian
2.) Summertime Corn Chowder by Baked Bree
3.) Creamy Corn Chowder by Feeding Big
4.) Slow Cooker Southwestern Corn Chowder by Blueberries and Blessings
So, what do you think? See anything you like? I know that the rest of the corn I will be getting from our CSA will be used well. Thanks for stopping by and I will see you tomorrow!
