I know I posted a recipe for Chocolate and Mint candy the other day! Well this one is great too! One of the great things about it, is that it takes very little effort on your part. You can “make” this in a matter of 5 minutes or so. The cooling of the candy will take about 30 minutes to an hour. But, honestly, how hard is it to put something in the refrigerator? Get ready – here is the recipe! Mint and Chocolate Bark Purchase a bag of these goodies!

Lay them on a cookie sheet that is covered with foil in one layer. Make sure the sides are touching. Bake for 1 – 3 minutes in a 250 Degree oven. Remove from oven, swirl with a butter knife.

Refrigerate until hard.

I think this bark would make a wonderful gift for anyone. Because it is so quick and easy, you can present a beautiful gift on short notice. Hope you enjoy!
