My mother in law is visiting for the week, so I am a bit off my schedule. We live in the D.C. area and there is so much to see! You could start touring the area in the morning, go home late at night and still have a long list of things to do the rest of the week.
So, instead of telling you about something I cooked, I will tell you about the awards I received from Jamie at Love Bakes Good Cakes.

Here are 7 things about me you didn’t know:
1.) I am 55 years old and have moved 37 times (about 1/2 of the time from state to state)!
2.) I am a dog person, but I have three cats (I also have a dog and a bird).
3.) I waited till I was in my mid 30′s to have my daughter. Perfect timing for me.
4.) I love to spend as much time in my sewing studio as I do in the kitchen.
5.) I am a sweet lover, but not a chocolate lover!
6.) I was born on the West Coast, but now live on the East Coast.
7.) My favorite vacation spot was London, England.
