Foodie Pen Pal

I participated, for the first time, in a Foodie Pen pal swap, hosted by Lindsey at The Lean Green Bean.

I thought it would be a fun way to meet other Foodies and swap some goodies. I am always up for a swap!

I love to receive packages in the mail and let me tell you, was I excited to get this one.

I tore into the box to find a lovely note from Annica and these goodies from Archer Farms.

The box had Cashew Saffron Rice, Home style Mac and Cheese, Dried Mango and last but not least Milk chocolate and white chocolate covered pretzels! I love chocolate pretzels!

The pretzels have been stashed in a dark corner in the closet! I am the only one in the house who knows where they are!

The Baby and I had the Mac and Cheese for lunch a couple days ago! It was really good and really easy. I loved the touch of bread crumbs.
